As a landscape photographer it is important to feel comfortable when you move around with your camera gear on the back and don´t want to feel uncomfortable when moving or after a day's trekking.
That´s why I decided to upgrade my camera backpack and buy a new one: The Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW II.

Just by looking at this backpack you can feel how resistant and durable it is, perfect for all weather conditions.
It has a formshell construction on the upper part for a superior protection.
The zippers feels great and they are not hard to unzip.

EXTERNAL FEATURES:
The bag features a Sliplock modular system giving you the possibility to attach extra-storage to it, such as small lens pouch, memory wallet etc.
It comes with a tripod support, two quick straps modular accessories and a bottle pouch to attach to the bag if desired.
The bag has a weather cover on the lowest part to safeguard your gear against the worst weather conditions.
On the chest straps you will see that there are small rings, called D-rings, that allow you to attach other extra storage.
The waist strap, fully adjustable, has instead two small pockets perfect to storage, for example, camera shutter release cable.
On the side of the bag there are two small pockets for storing small accessories.
As mentioned in the specifications, the Lowepro ProTactic 450 AW II has four ways to access the gear: the best way to do it is while still holding the bag on a single shoulder (accessing it via the right or left side).
By opening the bag, instead, you will have access to the entire storage where you have the possibility to configure it as you want via the soft Velcro dividers allowing you multiple configurations.

This bag surprises me a lot because, even if I want to add extra equipment inside, I do not feel the weight on my back.
