The International Photography Awards has announced the winners of the contest of this year. This time I sent of my best panoramic photo that I took last year on the Dolomites. And yes! It has been awarded with an "Honorable mentioned"!
I never had the courage to send my panoramic photos into any contest because I think that the winner photographs are always better than mine. But this time I had a few photos in my portfolio that could possible receive an Award so I decided to take part of the EPSON Pano Awards. Now, after a few months, the results have been published! My five entries have received an award: "Center of the galaxy" has received a Gold Award, "Inside the cave" & "Triangle Station" have received a Silver Award, "Zen origins" & "The lamp" have received a Bronze Award. Center of the galaxy was a photo that I took in 2019 during an amazing adventure in company of Alessandro Calandra and Gabriele Maida on the Italian Dolomites!
A few days back I received the photobook I received from SAAL Digital and I became stunned! The quality of the prints (and of course itself) is amazing! If you have never printer any photos before I can suggest you this company! If you are unsure I have written a Review of the Photobook I got printed.
Recently I have been contacted by the editor of the italian travel communuty Travel365.it, followed by more than 2 million users per month. You can check the photo that I had the pleasure to share with them in their latest article: 15 Posti da Visitare in Trentino Alto Adige
It's the first time I participated to the Shoot The Frame Monthly Contest and it seems that my photo has been selected as Winner among all the other photograph landscape photographs (for the category Shoot The Land)! The photo I am talking about is the one called "Monte Paterno" that was taken last year during my trip to the Dolomites in company of Alessandro Calandra and Gabriele Maida. Concerning the prizes for this contest, the photo will be exhibited at the International Indian Photo Festival with with around 500,000 visitors every year.
And the 6th Fine Art Photography Awards come to an end and the winners have finally been announced! My photograph "Center of the galaxy" has received a NOMINEE in the category "Panoramic". This was a photo that I took last year during an amazing adventure in company of Alessandro Calandra and Gabriele Maida on the Italian Dolomites!
It has been a long time (nearly one year) since I last saw my photos published on a magazine, but finally I had the luck to be published for the first time on Digital SLR Photography Magazine for the issue of November. Two full pages dedicated just to my photos!
